· Interacting with and gathering requirements from various stakeholders, including management, end users, back-office staff, IT resources, vendors, and other relevant parties to ensure understanding of what’s needed for the organization and the users.
· Understanding the Organizational Business Processes and identifying needs for basic and master data, any sub-processes and the different users involved in each part of a process.
· Mapping the process to the systems in the organization and helping design and build solutions that effectively utilize these systems, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
· Working with the different teams to manage the building of the solutions that leverage these systems. This involves careful planning, development, and implementation to ensure that the solutions address the needs of the organization and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
· Managing teams and reporting to management and the Project Management Office (PMO). This includes ensuring that teams are aligned with the project goals, and providing regular updates on progress.
· Helping with planning and advising on cutover and rollout. This involves setting clear guidelines, ensuring that all stakeholders are prepared for the changes, and coordinating the transition to minimize disruptions and ensure a smooth rollout.

· Experience with complex implementation and upgrade projects, including Data Migration.
· Solutions for processes and integrations with other IT systems.
· Advising on planning cutover and rollout activities for complex implementations with multiple environments.
· Digitalization of processes using low-code platforms.
· Automation of processes.
· Analysis of performance issues and other troubleshooting activities.
· Working with support teams on setting guidelines, escalations and change management.
· Handling audit requirements around IT systems and change management processes.
With many years of experience working with ERP systems with complex setups, working with business users, management, and operational support teams to ensure the ERP system is being used effectively. Also being part of large upgrade projects and handling ERP rollouts after mergers and acquisitions.
